By creating an account, accessing the API, or utilizing any computational resources provided by Brevity.ch Infrastructure, the user explicitly and irrevocably agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. Brevity provides a computational middleware for Agent Engine Optimization (AEO). While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
Usage is calculated in "Intelligence Nodes". Successful extractions consume nodes according to your active tier. Nodes are delivered monthly or yearly depending on your subscription cycle. Unused nodes at the end of a billing cycle do not carry over to the next period.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to extract data from the target URLs provided to the infrastructure. Brevity acts as a technical processor and assumes no liability for the content processed through its nodes.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BREVITY.CH INFRASTRUCTURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE UTILIZATION, INCLUDING REVENUE LOSS OR DATA CORRUPTION.
